Smorgasbord!

Hello! I don't know if anyone is still checking in but I wanted to give a quick update. Things are going well, although busy, out here in WA. The job keeps me running around like crazy. I didn't realize how big a difference it would be starting out missing the first couple weeks of school! I love my chorus, though, and everyone is great. It's just busy busy busy!

I made a baby bunting a few weeks ago for another band wife who is having a baby boy in January. Here is a picture of it. She is having a safari themed nursery!

I also went to hear Rich play a concert this past Sunday. It was the last day that he was playing in this big band because they are changing the ensembles around and not having a big band anymore. I recorded his feature piece called "Bread and Watrous" on my digital camera because the video camera was dead. So far, I haven't had any luck getting it to upload. I'll try again soon though because it's great!

  1. I'm still out here, Anna. I love the baby bunting! I'll have to show it to my daughter, she likes making baby gifts. You could go into the business on Etsy. Are you taking the pups out trick-or-treating? You'll be sure to meet people that way. I always read, "The Halloweiner" to the Kindergartens. It's about a dachsund whose mother makes him be a hot dog with bun and mustard for Halloween.

  2. Ha! I'll have to check that one out! What is Etsy? I don't think the puppies will go trick or treating but they sure did send out some cuuutteee Halloween cards! Thanks for commenting...it's so much more fun when there are comments! :o)

  3. I love the costumes. Your mother (and Cindy and Dan) were down on Saturday, and she said that you had made them costumes. Congratulations on the job, it speaks volumes that you got it over all those other people! The pictures of Mt. Rainier park are incredible.
